چکیده

Introduction To study whether paternal age exerts an effect, independent of maternal age, on the outcomes fresh in vitro fertilization/ intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) cycles. Semen quality deteriorates with increasing age; however, there is conflicting evidence for any impact may have outcome IVF/ICSI. Several retrospective and prospective cohort studies shown that increases miscarriage rate reduces live birth rate. Some no effect or Studies involving donor oocytes tended to show assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcomes. The at which exert a significant deleterious not known limit IVF/ICSI treatment. Material methods A single-center was carried out Centre Reproductive Genetic Health, London, UK. Included analysis were all couples primary secondary infertility undergoing cycles male partner produced semen sample cycle proceeded embryo transfer. All used oocytes—donor sperm, frozen leading storage including preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A/PGT-M)—were excluded from analysis. clinical pregnancy Multivariate logistic regression as dependent variable class variables performed. Results During period 4833 cycles, 4271 men, eligible analysis; 1974/4833 (40.8%, 95% confiene intervals [CI] 39.5–42.2%) resulted birth. significantly lower proportion men over 51 years met World Health Organization criteria (56/133, [42.1%, CI 34.1–50.6]) compared under (2530/4138 [61.1%, 60.0–62.6]) (p = 0.001). Paternal age and assisted reproductive technology outcome in ovum recipients.

This study suggests that paternal age may be inversely associated with reproductive outcome, as demonstrated by a decline in fertilization, blastocyst formation, implantation and cryopreservation rates with advancing age.

Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans: Retrospective Single Center Analysis Over 16 Years

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is rare mesenchymal neoplasia with a high risk of local recurrence but a low risk of metastatic spread. Tumor cells express CD34 and show a characteristic translocation t(17;22)(q22;q13). We analysed the documented cases at the Department of Dermatology and Allergology between 08/2001 and 08/2017. The diagnosis had been confirmed by histology and immunohis...
